Ayesha’s label AFH launched in 2005. Her design aesthetic manifest within the AFH brand is coveted for the designers’ ability to experiment with cut, colour and silhouette creating flattering and unique styles and drapes. Indeed the AFH brand is also renowned for their signature introduction of the jeweled encrusted neckline across both prêt a porter and formal wear in Pakistan and for their acclaimed ability to engage minimal embellishment to create understated and graceful fashion pieces.

Drawing inspiration from international design houses’ Alice by Temperley  and Elie Saab , Ayesha’s brand has come to be synonymous with refinement and luxury with each design epitomising glamour and sophistication with a definitive western aesthetic. With three distinct lines under the AFH brand namely prêt a porter, semi formal and formal wear, even the most eastern ensemble of AFH, maintains a modern western edge to it.

Fashion designer Ayesha’s collections are based on diversity of rich fabrics including voiles, chiffons, silks and charmeuse; she particularly enjoys working with sheer fabrics, beads and crystals and has come to be recognized for her work across varied shapes, flowy fabrics and her attention to detail.

Fashion designer Ayesha Hashwani is also admired and known in international fashion arena. She exhibited her prêt a porter at a sold out event at the prestigious multi brand boutique CARMA  in New Delhi, India in 2010. That same year, Fashion designer Ayesha also launched the AFH label at leading fashion address Studio 8 in Dubai and nationally, was also well received at the Labels-Etihad Fashion Show for honorable charity Developments in Literacy [DIL] staged in Karachi. Between 2009 – 2010, AFH was present at multiple successful events in Dubai at multi brand boutique Soirée and in Pakistan, showcased their latest collection at the Veet Celebration of Beauty Fashion Show to popular acclaim as well as staged several sold out prêt a porter based exhibitions. Indeed AFH continues to be worn by celebrities and keen followers of fashion alike.
